To ensure your new system operates at it's peak efficiency, we follow and perfom the highest installation practices in the industry. Most bargain companies fail to perform these practices. Cutting corners is not in your best interest. They may save you a little money now, but you'll have to pay someone more later to fix their shortcomings.
On new installations we will:
*Pull system into a deep vacuum, removing any foreign moisture and air from the system
*Perform a load calculation if needed on your home to make sure your new system is sized correctly
*Only use R-6 or R-8 flex duct (your choice) for all duct replacement and new duct systems
*Seal all new duct connections, to eliminate air loss and infiltration of dust and non conditioned air
*Obtain any permits needed
*Follow manufacturers guidelines to the strictest of levels.
*Only use full time employees, no sub-contractors
*Perform quality walk through and provide quality control checklist
