Although yours was not the lowest bid, your appearance and presentation were so professional we were persuaded to go with your company. Once the bid was accepted, the entire installation process went almost exactly as you had described it. The installers arrived punctually and set right to work. We liked that they wore identical shirts with your company logo. They wasted no time removing the old equipment. If there were any messes made, we did not see them. The new units arrived in time for you to have them ready for installation as they were needed.
